Reset of Date and Time in NOKIA N73M Empty Reset of Date and Time in NOKIA N73M

My Nokia N73M is now resetting the time and date while remove the battery on change of SIM card. There was no need to set the date and time earlier. What is the problem now?

there is problem with internal battery on motherboard, this mostly happens with the handset after 2-3 years.
